Our software support services have been designed to give you ready access to expert help and friendly support when you need it.

Our Support Services help desk is open from
9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We try to offer advice, guidance and help no matter how trivial the query. A current support contract will be required to access the support desk with any type of query.

    We offer two levels of services:

Remote Support gives us “real time” access to your server to deal with any technical issues. It avoids the frustrations of trying to explain, sometimes difficult technical issues by telephone or email to our support desk.
By accessing your server our support help desk can in most cases deal with and solve any technical issues quickly and professionally.

Remote Support is a requirement for any of our clients using synchronisation.
